More About Blouberg:
Blouberg is a suburb of the Greater Cape Town. It is 20km from Cape Town City Centre. Where Cape Town City is situated on the northern tip of the Cape Peninsula, Blouberg is right across the bay (Table Bay) on the main land and faces the famous Table Mountain. (See Map below)

Blouberg has a laid-back feel to it and it is more of the small town atmosphere rather than a typical city environment. However, it has all the commodities one can wish for.
It is renowned for superb views across Table Bay to Table Mountain and Robben Island (where Mr Nelson Mandela was imprisoned). During summer many surfers and wind/kite surfers come to enjoy the waves of the white beaches.
Golfers also frequent this area as there are 2 popular golf courses within 10 minutes from the centre of the town.
The white beach running for miles is arguably the most favourite feature of the town.
There are some excellent restaurants and local hangouts including popular hotspots like Blue Peter, On The Rocks Restaurant, Onse Huisie Restaurant and many others. Whatever your choice of cuisine – Indian, Chinese, Steak, Italian – you will find it here.
